Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped from our distribution warehouse based in Nuneaton, United Kingdom

All orders placed before 2pm are despatched the same day. Due to the value of the putters all orders are shipped via Courier and therefore need to be signed for. We can ship to alternative addresses from the billing address such as workplaces.

We use APC & Royal Mail services, most orders are sent on a 24 hour next day service. You will receive an update with a tracking number once your order has been despatched.

We endeavour to carry a full range of products at all times, however if a product is out of stock or a special bespoke order is required then delivery can be between 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Warranty

Every Cure Putter and its components/parts, purchased from authorized Cure Putters retailers/distributers, are warranted to be free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years. We will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within two years after the date of purchase from an authorized Cure Putters retailer or distributer. At our discretion, we may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Cure Putters products are not warranted against wear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or lack of care, or products which have been repaired or modified other than by Cure Putters.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Cure Putters disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributers, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

Returns

Cure Putters wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To qualify for a full refund the item must be returned in its original factory condition, complete with all parts and accessories in-tact, we would advise using a tracked delivery service and any returns will be met by you. Once we receive the putter back we will process a refund within 14 days.
